It's yours.

This. Current fb profile pic. :)

I think I'm in the eyeliner phase now? Blackened eyes on weekends. Hehehehohoho. Why not? Natural is nice but it's good to switch things up a bit.

I did sketch. I did, I did. I did not study. I did not, I did not.

It was church. Which means time to camwhore. The victim this time is Louise. If you're going to dress up, why not make it last? :) I can be shameless when it comes to camwhoring. Thanks to my dual LCD camera just as well.

To be good at blogging might be a bit narcissistic. If you aren't interested in yourself, why would others be? I don't mind if no one reads my blog, I'd still think that my happenings are worth documenting. If someone tells them they love me, I might say... I love me too. <3

No, not. I love you too. ;))

Bought the long white bohemian skirt from Kitschen yesterday. I remembered seeing Sienna Miller and hating the bohemian style. It looked rustic and lived-in. But hey, you have to try something before you judge it.

A little bohemian is nice. Ahhh. I feel tall in that skirt. But I keep stepping it. Which reminded me my legs weren't long enough to carry the skirt. And. The car door kept eating my skirt like a venus flytrap when I shut it. But it feels ethereal. Oh so flowy.

Oh Pavillion! Materialism, also guilty. But fashion designers are materialistic by nature just as nerds are academic by nature. Why? Materials aren't just materials to them- it's a form of Art. But...still materials. Hahahhaa. It's a materialistic world we're living in. ;)

I bumped into Xuan, Wendy and Jason. Last week it was Weng Hock. I love the surprise and spontaneity of it. <3 I like spontaneous outings, ones where I call up a friend last minute to go out. The rush rush of it is exciting. A bit mental to like it... but I can't help.

With the usual, it's planning a few days before. I like surprise rather than anticipation. I hate waiting. Hate it, hate it. Don't waste my time.

NOW THE MOMENT:

La Bodega. And Xuan is only taller because her heels was higher. !@#$%^ Jealous :( Wtf. Am I going to have a Napoleon Complex soon? The other day Chin Zhin (he's Form 3) told me I looked like a Form 4. Why? My height. !@#$%^&.

Okay lah in school I look kiddier. Younger than my age. Outside I look older than my age. People straightaway ask if I'm working. If I say no they ask what college. HAHAHHA. :D Like when I was looking at Thierry Mugler watches today. Saw from StarMag. Wow. They're good.

This. They have two pieces left. But another colour, like hell I'm going to say. :P But.. I don't know how to save. How much I get is how much I spend. I can never stand window shopping as well. It's horribly sadistic to see something you like and not be able to buy it.

And, what to do. Asians are petite. Petite. Petite sounds better than short. Petite means smaller frame. You can be short and fat. I am petite. I went jogging. I DON'T WANT TO BE FAT.

Cannot. Absolutely helpless when it comes to dieting. So when I get fat, I can only exercise it off. Food is too good to resist, I am unable to follow Kate Moss's "nothing taste as good as skinny feels".

Jason and Wendy. :)) It was Jason's birthday a few days ago. Mister Garrett's one today. Hahahah. Busy guy today. Gave sermon, wow wow wow. And? Seeing guys in plaid/check dress shirts a lot. Nice! I like guys who dress up formal a bit. :D

And you know when a guy sneeze and he keeps it in until all you can hear is a tiny squeak? They say those guys are bad at sex because they are too uptight. How to *** when they're too shy to sneeze? Hahahahah. I dunno. I read this from some magazine.

Of course there's also the thing where a guy's ring finger is supposed to be longer than his index fingers. And that remember to clean your mirror or they'll reflect negative energy. This was from the papers. I do read newspaper you know? Like, everyday. Now let me dump all this superstitous stichies on you.

Bought some sandals. Because they matched my nail polish. And then bought more nail polish. It ended up costing more than more sandals. Lol? :/

One of them was OPI Shatter. Saw it on Bromyn. It looked awesome. I like nail polish, you can use it on schooldays(pedi anyways) and it lasts longer than makeup. And I wanted to buy something from Sephora. I ended up needing ten cents more. Now I know the importance of a measly ten cents. Lama-lama jadi bukit!

Anddd, I was productive today. Hohoho. Usually my day has periods of idling and laying around. And next time I don't want to do stuff that requires me to wake up before 9. I am crap in the morning.

Night owl.

New Years Eve

No countdowns this year, I be chilling at home. :)

Sat in front of the computer all day. Sim Kuan recommended me to this site- fast pass tv. I thought it was amazing. Sim Kuan was like, "where have you been?!" Hohoho. Sim Kuan's opening her blog next year. I miss stalking it.

Watched Despicable Me. Watched part of it in Taiwan on the tour bus and the quality was terrible. Agnes is cute. My, if every kid was as angelic with her I would want more than 2 kids.

Sometimes, I'm terrified of kids. They are so fragile and in need of compromise. I think people who handle kids well have an amazing gift. I don't like it when you smile and call them to you and they ignore you. Sometimes, dogs do that too.
.
Drawing. THIS, was before I learned to draw 8 head figure, which was somewhere this year.

Example of 8 head figure. You use the head as measurement. It ensures your figures to be proportionate. Which is handy.

But! After I used 8 head figures, damn no space. :( I can't finish their legs. I like drawing the friggin' shoes. The girl on the right looks sad. She's supposed to be some yearning mistress.

I hate it when people say I look sad. Most of the time, it's my neutral face. AND, if everyone was really sad while you said they looked sad, it wouldn't be nice to point that out either. It just makes them feel... worse.

OH. And. This year. Accomplishments. :D
1. Passed piano exam
2. Learned 8 head figure
3. Brought Xuan to church
4. Got baptized
5. Learned to use sewing machine

And... I can't really think of anything else. What did you achieve this year? :o

The clichéd New Year's Resolution:
1. Take O levels
2. Ignore SPM pressure. Shut up, people.
3. Pass another piano test
4. Sew a decent piece of garment
5. Exercise very very often
6. Take sewing and drawing classes
7. Learn to drive

OK. That's about it. You want to know something? Every year, I used to put losing weight as part of my list. Now, to the hell with it. :B

Happy New Year. :)

(oh wait I realised I put exercise very often. but ok that is not for losing weight just maintaining my weight & being healthy. omg I sat all day my spine hurts. and 2012 armageddon bla bla bla)

Mei Yen's house

Today I dragged my ass over to Mei Yen's house. I wanted to go swimming. But ended up 3 of us had period. Bam, in sync. You know, they say that the hormones in the air mingles when you are with other girls, and it can influence your cycle.

Nicole came by a bit late. She baked cookies for Mei Yen (her birthday's tomorrow) and the first batch burnt. The cookies were awesome, still a bit warm.

We watched My Super Ex-Girlfriend. OMG. Cannot stop laughing when they had sex and the supergirl ended up dragging the bed along as she humped her boyfriend. And then the next one the girl had sex until they drove the bed through the wall. And then they had sex in the air. Walao, so creative with sex scenes. -.- Hahaha.

Painted my face. Was rifling through Mei Yen's drawers, found some leftover crayons from halloween. Did a moustache, because I know I'll never be able to grow a real one. Also added eyelashes. Now, my dream of getting long eyelashes is fulfilled.

And wait for this.....

BAM!

Channelling my inner Marilyn Monroe!

Cleaned my face!

Cycled to Nicole's house. I like going to people's house. It's fascinating to see how they live and stuff. Her bedroom had a mini balcony connected. So cute. Would be so romantic if in the middle of night Jck Sng(her bf) came and threw rocks at her window. And her door was a clear sliding door, covered with curtains.

Her laptop was playing Gee by Girls Generation. Mei Yen could not help herself and ended up busting some moves. OMG. Want to vomit. Girls Generation dance all look very slutty and childish, they only look nice if you got some costume on. But I ended up dancing with Mei Yen. Hahaha.

Made Nicole play her guitar. Nice! Wanted to hear her sing but she "pai seh"! In the end waited for Dad to pick me up with no one at Mei Yen's house because her relatives came abruptly. Bleh. Btw, Mei Yen went to The Gardens with the face paint, moustache and all.

Ran 5 rounds when I came back home! About 2 km maybe. It's like, you think you can't do another round, but you keep on going and suddenly you're already halfway there. And then I realised I wasn't exerting myself enough last time. Almost forgot how it feels. Chest out of breathe, throat burning a little. Poo poo. Not enough stamina.

Energy is an odd thing. You have to use it to gain more. I don't want to be a lazy pudgy couch potato. And people who are fat say they aren't lazy at all, which is odd because I always thought that sedentary lifestyle was what built up fats.

Oh yeah, I also painted my manikin. It is a doll you use as a frame for different positions. They tell you at the package, can be manipulated into virtually any position- but that is a big fat lie. Obviously the word "virtually" carries a huge margin for error. Stupid arm spring snapped. Ma de. That thing is not even cheap!

So I ended up painting it. Stupid decorative doll. Decorative things are always pretty but useless. Sometimes I think because something's beautiful, they can use it as an excuse not to be functional. Sometimes I can't help thinking if someone's pretty, they're probably not hard-working. I know right.

In reference to this :)
Watch your thoughts, for they become words.

Watch your words, for they become actions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Watch your habits, for they become character.

Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

And today you have the honor of looking at my sketches!

One of the things that usually happens when I look through my old sketches is that I cringe. Because somehow I always feel like I was overestimating myself, and looking back what you thought was great was only good. It feels forever that way. Natalie was nice, she said that's because we're always improving. Hehehe. :)

And this woman from paris! She is so good. Visit her blog for more awesome-ness! I'd die and go to heaven when I can become as good as her. :o Her sketchings are sometimes in French Vogue.

And one more! Interesting blog! Tavi.
