Simple Chocolate Fondant

i tired doing tis last year, it was perfect! but being a noob i was i kept it for awhile, & it hardened into choco cake lol! SERVE HOT STRAIGHT AWAY.

• rmb to tap out de air bubble as shown in vid
• do not skip "waterbath" procedure (ramekins in oven dish filled with quater hot water)
  
• pls make sure ramekins are oven resistant
