kenapa ye bulan ini punah sangat? stress kah saya? hurm..agaknya.saya akui semenjak semalam saya emo betul.pantang tersilap cepat je saya mencuka.jadi betul la ye kata yang pakar "hormon tidak tentu arah bila kita datang bulan"? betul la kot! tapi tidak juga..saya jarang begini.ini bukan kali pertama datang bulan pun.haihs.

lagi seminggu lebih nak raya.

sayang nya puasa saya... -_-"..kawan saya cakap ABC (Allah Bagi Cuti untuk kaum wanita yang datang haid pada bulan ramadhan.its sound funny isnt it? haha).macam mana la orang2 boleh jadikan itu satu perkataan.brilliant!

owh semalam pergi tengok rumah/bilik untuk disewa tu.ada dua buah rumah.too bad, dua2 pun saya tak berkenan.ok ini issue nya! afiq cakap saya high standard.tak nak rumah kecil.tak nak bilik kecik.high expectation...ye ke? meh sini saya bagitahu apa yang sebenarnya.kenapa saya tak nak etc.

1). rumah teres - rumah dia err..ok kot.3 bilik.3 tingkat.area wangsa maju.bilik yang nak disewakan tu bilik paling kecil i guess.rm180 monthly.bilik tu kecil.barang saya tak banyak.dapur rosak.tangga rosak.sempit.

2). apartment - area setiawangsa.rm260 monthly.totally lari terus dari apa yang saya bayangkan.sungguh ni..mcm rumah darkwater... -_-" tak tipu ni.saya terfikir mcm mana orang2 tu boleh tinggal disitu.no..bukan maksud saya kawasan itu..i mean that house.smlm saya jumpa mmg cantik2 semua nya.tp rumah tu..mcm tak berkemas etc.ok saya nak stop cakap pasal orang.not good.not good. :p

jadi salah ke kalau saya nak keselesaan berbaloi dgn bayaran sewa saya setiap bulan? tak boleh ke? :)

boleh kan...so that mean tak salah pun kalau saya high standard.yang penting saya selesa.cakap la apa yang korang nak cakap pun.lalala.

saya akan terus mencari rumah/bilik idaman saya.walaupun tak mahal..as long as dia bersih dan saya selesa itu pun dah cukup alhamdulillah.

I am in LOVE with my dishes! The dishes were a gift from Denis for getting a job. Originally I had just got the mugs from Anthropologie with a gift card for my hot milk drinks. Then I decided I wanted the whole set and was off to buy it, but Denis said he would get it for me if I got the job..... and so I got the job and we went to Anthropologie the next day only to discover that the dishes had gone on sale (yay!) but only 4 bowls were left (Oh no!) so we filled out a form and the Anthro staff found other stores that had the dishes and they were sent to us! Yay! 

Although before that I had called a million stores trying to find the dishes only to have the stores the staff had contacted send me the dishes anyway. What a waste of 2 hours! 

So I have 

4 bowls

6 plates

2 mugs

I am waiting on the other 2 mugs. I hope they get here soon! I am sad without them. 

Of course I refuse to let Denis touch or use the dishes. Which is bad because you are supposed to enjoy your nice things. Because no occasion is ever special enough - everyday should be special. But whatever.

I also finished my sweater! 

But I made the sleeves too short. I don't feel like pulling it apart like I already had to do once with the left sleeve because there were about a billion holes around the underarm because I didn't know how to pick up stitches correctly. Besides it is too freaking hot here anyway to wear and probably will not cool down until November - maybe - although more like December. So I have plenty of time to fix it.

Xuan came to church with me today. I know 4 people who go by the name "Sean"(well different spellings).

I almost forgot how the toilet looks like.

I think it holds the record for most mirrors in a toilet. All four walls, boom. I like it. I can see so many of me. Though it was creepy to be there alone. Eh, it's also creepy to blog about toilets...

The main point of going to Mandarin Oriental was for the mooncakes really. They're the best, darnest best that I've ever tasted in my mouth. Snow skin pandan om nom nom nom!

Pondered on what book to buy for a long long time. Goodreads.com is good for finding book reviews.

I am sleepy. Ho. Xuan slept around 3 last night, too.

This is Monday

Monday is free to walk around the house and I was crossing my legs while using my laptop. Then Monday walk walk walk & walked to my legs. Climbed up my leg half way and DOZED OFF!! hahaha.

Then he woke up & tucked into the space between my leg and sleep.. Now I am in this position dont dare to move too much to wake him up. My legs are numb. haha

A few days ago, after work. Huifen, Chailing, Justine & I went to orchard together. Although we went there for another motive BUT ended up all of us bought popcorn. YES VERY NICE POPCORNS WITH FLAVOURS!! haha

Upon seeing this picture, I really wanna dye my hair~:) To colour that not only obvious under the sun and so....

I bought this. Partially also because I saw the nuffnang ad at my blog.. then go click on it & tempted to dye my hair! lol.

Love this name, though milktea isnt that colour!
BUT i think the colour turned out is still not as bright as it showed on the box. boo. & the funny thing is when I was dye-ing my hair, I only can find the japanese instruction booklet. And I cant read/understand japanese. After I dyed & washed. I realised the packet of lotion inside is to be used after I washed my hair...-.- I used it as conditioner. hahahhhahaa! Lucky only that minor mistake.

Not a bad experience... it's just I cant stand the smell. Think its more smelly than those other brands I used. But very convenient I would say:)

Rewards program

Today was spent rewarding myself for working... well, maybe not so much working hard as working smart ;) First stop was the Suntec Convention Centre for a sale event by an online shopping site I'm subscribed to. I arrived at 11 a.m., an hour before the event was scheduled to start and was welcomed by this monstrous queue.

While waiting for our turn to enter, Marlon got a crash course in women's designer handbags (he can now tell a Miu Miu from a Balenciaga, which is all that matters to me), a briefing on my color preferences (classic/subdued or bold/striking), and an assignment in my plan of attack.

We finally got to enter the event at 1:30 p.m., not a moment too soon. Let me tell you, things can get ugly when dozens of bag-crazed women are made to wait. Inside, the atmosphere was buzzing but civil—no shoving, grabbing or arguing, thank goodness. The strategy of choice seemed to be grabbing three or four bags, walking around with them while trying to decide on one, and making multiple return trips to a shelf to see if any women had discarded a bag that you were looking out for.

In the end, I narrowed it down to Subdued & Classic vs Bold & Striking. While I was vacillating in front of the mirror, a very fasyon Chinese woman ran up to me and grabbed my arm. She whispered urgently, with eyes wide open,"You HAVE to get the orange one. You have to. It's DIVINE!" and ran off.

It was in this fashion that Bold & Striking won! And so I am now the proud owner of a brand new Balenciaga Arena Covered City bag in the happy, juicy hue of orange!

After a recharging lunch of kinilaw na tanigue and salpicao at 7107 Flavours in Marina Square, we headed off to Orchard Central for Fash Bash, a thrice-yearly bazaar. I miss market and bazaar shopping scene back home, so I check these things out whenever I can. I was curious about the local designers advertised, but when I got there it was really the young Thai jewelry designers who made me drool!

After much going back and forth between stalls, I chose this pair of delicate, handmade gold-plated earrings from Thai designer Fontips Tangviriyamate. I fell in love with the delicate workmanship of the intricate but organic-looking pattern, and the curved wire extending way below the earlobes was a unique touch that I really liked. (One woman asked the designer if she could cut the wire short. Anobuh! Kasama yun sa concept no!)

And with that, my personal "rewards points" are fully redeemed! My shopping moratorium starts now!
