In India, Marriage Online is Legal

Lucknow, India, Islamic theology is a school of conservative influence in India, Deoband, on Thursday (12/7/2007) yesterday said that the Muslim wedding online via webcam on the internet is legal and acceptable.

DetikINET quoted from Reuters, Friday (13/7/2007), the effect of school for the Muslims in India is known as the gender policy is that hard. Early July, they issued a fatwa prohibiting Muslim school girls in public schools along with the men.

Decision melegalkan wedding online is taken in a Fatwa Department of Darul Uloom Deoband in Uttar Pradesh state after the occurrence of two rare cases of Muslim marriage over the internet in the capital of the state, Lucknow. One wedding events were presented to the Deoband school to ask for their approval.

"In this case there have been experts in law consent to guide couples in Kabul," said leading scholars of Deoband, Khalid Safiullah Rehmani.

The case has raised a variety of discussion and debate since first going online wedding in Lucknow in 2005.

Rehmani said that both men and women candidates in the marriage through the Internet each have two witnesses must be based on Islamic law.

Marriage Path Online

The Graduate

Graduation was amazing! Jackson has become such a little boy right be fore my eyes! I swore I would not cry but I was unable to keep that promise. The reason being the song that 2 ladies sang was incredible and the words touched me. I don't think there was a female dry eye in the house!

Dan was sad that he was not able to be there but there was a meeting at work that he needed to be at, Luckily he was able to cover the picnic I had to miss the day before. Sadly though I was once again disappointed by my mom I had emailed her earlier in the week, the week prior I think to tell her about Jackson's graduation and invited her to come and then to have lunch with us afterward. I had heard from her so I dropped a quick email to her between meeting at work totally expecting to hear that yes she would be there only to be greeted by this response in my in box.

"No I am going to pass, have something else planned, sorry."

I am not going to lie I was pissed what is so damn important that you a retired person can't take 2 hours to see your grandchild? It's not like I dropped it on her last minute. Luckily I hadn't told Jackson at Gran coming so he wasn't looking for her. I really just don't get her! I didn't make a big deal or even respond but part of me feels I should let it go but the other part of me doesn't have the energy or desire to engage in an argument with her about it either.

Anyway sorry for the bitch but it was something related to the day I had to get off my chest.

My Greek Cypriot hairdresser warned me yesterday that if I even thought of not voting for Stavros Flatley in the final of Britain's Got Talent, I could look forward to green highlights on my next visit. But why would anyone not vote for them? They reduce me to helpless giggles.

WHEN MY ASHRAF WAS DIAGNOSED AS......

Just because of high fever when my ashraf was 6 months,now he's having a HEARING PROBLEM!!! Yupp,my baby ashraf cannot hear anything when we talk to him,calling his named or asking him to do sumthing or take sumthing. Mmg as a mother,aku sedih gak la but i must be strong utk terima semua dugaan from Allah SWT! 

so today me and hubby went this shop called THE HEARING SOLUTIONS located at Brickfields!! this place jual all types of hearing aid,and at the same time ada buat test for people yg ada hearing problem. my ashraf pun ada buat hearing test,and the test was sound like a BEEP sound but mmg klu normal hearing mmg bingit sgt but my ashraf still no response. From low frecuancy to highest frecuancy but my ashraf still no giving any response. Kalau dh smpai 2000htz pun aku and hubby yg boleh rasa bingit smpai berpinau mata tp ashraf masih lgi dlm keadaan sama. 

bila dh buat test but still sama gak,NO RESPONSE so the doctor suggest us utk buat operation for ashraf to put they call it CHOCLEAR IMPLANT utk letak dlm saraf telinga cuz my ashraf nyer saraf dlm telinga almost 90% of it dh rosak so the doctor told us klu using the hearing aid pun takkan bantu ape2. 

Now the main thing was MANA NK DAPATKN RM65000 for the operation???!!! WOWwW,mmg byk and of course masa aku dgr doctor ckp cost nk buat operation pun mcm nk pitam je bila terbayang byk sgt kosong2 tu kt rm65k. So buat masa skrg ni nk kena try mintak bantuan from health ministry tp klu boleh nk la secepat yg mungkin sbb my ashraf tgh nk belajar skrg so takut ganggu pembesaran dia. 

sampai sini je so sape2 yg dh baca, alhamdulillah sbb ada gak yg sudi membaca my story about ashraf and how i feel about him!!!!

Lucky Me!

I really am a lucky girl! Why might you ask? Well this morning I woke up to flowers in my bath room and rose petals in my sink! Not one vase of flowers mind you! I had TWO! My wonderful husband just wanted me to know how much he loved me and I must say it was a very nice surprise. Look!



Also I am lucky because look at these 2 darling children! I look at this picture and I am shocked at how grown up they are starting to look. I can't wait for them to meet their new baby sister and I am very curious what she will look like! LOL

WHERE ARE THE UMBRELLAS?

It was raining heavily on Tuesday morning and I was going to the gym. And the umbrella stand in the hall was empty. And there was no umbrella in the boot of the car.
And I didn’t know where they had got to. And I couldn’t remember when they had last been used, or when I had last seen them, or who might have borrowed them. And I couldn’t remember, for that matter, when it had last rained.

On Tuesday it was the six month anniversary of the fateful night in Mumbai when Will and Kelly were threatened with their lives. And said their goodbyes to one another. And I was intermittently on the end of a phone in London and at one stage did not know if my lovely son was alive.

It has been a long time. It has, in a sense, been one long extended event. And Christmas and New Year have been and long gone. And snow has happened and spring has arrived and public holidays have occurred and friends have gone away and come back and Rosie is coming to the end of her second year at university. And Will is still in hospital undergoing rehabilitation.
He is a star . Kelly is a star.
It does sometimes happen in life. A disruption to the normal flow. Of events . Of habits . Of time. When something prises you into a parallel world that runs alongside the familiar one. When what used to be important preoccupations are now barely recognised irrelevancies. You look across to the old familiar life and wonder when the tracks will intersect. ( I’m talking for myself here)

Three weeks ago Will and Kelly decided to go public with their story. They had absolutely no desire to , but they acknowledged that they needed to as they get no compensation from the UK government. And now the real world has been engaged, but in a kind of ultra way. Interactions with journalists and politicians,. Seeing images and stories in print and on TV. And messages coming in from the ether. From complete strangers and from long lost friends. Offers of help. Expressions of support . And many heartfelt greetings.

And they have been very gratified by the support that has been forthcoming.
And now that they have engaged the outside world it is sort of time for me to. And I hope I will have the kind of energy that allows me to get back to doing some of the things I enjoy. Like writing occasionally for this blog. About less important things like the disappearance of tab collars and , now that the warmer weather is here, the ghastly re-appearance of cargo pants. Or buying an umbrella.

Belly shots 27 weeks.

Check out the massive Belly on me! Yes I have hit 27 weeks and still counting. I am starting to slow down a bit only because I have to not because I want too! This time I thought I would share the bare belly shot along with the clothed belly shot. LOL

I am happy to report that I did take it easy over the long memorial Day weekend however I feel as though Ia m paying for it now because I have a ton of work to do at work. Also it doesn't help that this week is a really short week sine my baby is graduating from preschool on Friday!

picnic story

the picnic was totally awesome!

walaupun yang ada cuma saya.nana & faes, itu dah cukup buat riuh.hahahahah~

berumah tangga at faes's place adalah pengalaman pertama saya.sebelum ni kami bukan-lah rapat sangat.cuma kawan2 biasa.tapi entah, semakin hari makin sekepala.she's is a person yang tak berapa kisah.semua pun boleh.semua pun okeh.that's what i really like about her.

she & nana fetch me up at my house around 2 am in the morning.we going back to shah alam (bukit jelutong).badan penat memandangkan saya baru lepas abes shooting di JW MARRIOT..that nite was so suck! :( i dun want to spoil my mood by telling u guys about that bia-tch client! :p ok! sampai2 rumah faes, saya terus tido.nana n faes still bersembang sampai jam 4.30 pagi.

 my hp alarm wake me up.too early dear.so sambung tido semula.

tengok nana & faes berlingkar macam ular kenyang.hahaha.kiut gile.dua2 tido perut terkeluar. ;p

- bangun semula kejutkan boifren on the phone sebab dia kerja.

-mandi.

-buat bising supaya nana & faes bangun dari tempat beradu.

-we're out for lunch.saya rindukan shah alam.dan yang paling penting saya rindukan kedai makan di TTDI Jaya.tempat kami selalu lepak makan tgh hari time belajar dulu2.so sweet ok.

-makan sedap gila!!! 

-after lunch, decide untuk shopping barang nak buat sushi di tesco.

3.30 pm

-sampai rumah.maka bermula-lah adegan masak memasak.

- i really love the EBIKO BREAD SUSHI made by faes.tersangat la lazat.

-nana & i sangat teruja untuk menghasilkan makanan yang sedap itu! wuhuu~

-tak lupa juga, kami turut menghasilkan BANDUNG SODA yang lazat! 

6.20 pm

-dah nak petang baru keluar dari rumah.

-mula2 nak lepak disekitar rumah faes je.tapi tiba2 tukar plan dan akhirnya ke shah alam.

-memang happening! :D

-makan, makan dan makan.

-snap piccas! itu memang wajib! :p

malam.

-pergi car wash untuk cuci kereta faes.

-hav a great dinner at seks 7...sebenarnya bukan la great sgt,tapi tom yam kat situ sedap! :)

so the conclusion:

1. kalau nak buat apa2, memang perlu ada plan.plan yang akan buat kita lebih teruja cumanya komitmen masing2 terhadap plan yang dh dibuat tu yang perlu di polish! :)

2. lepas ni saya nak ajak diorang piknik kat tasek plak.tasek mana2 la.lagi hapenning kot.bawa layang2.aduih! best nya! :D
